This legal notice governs the use of the websites owned by the SOCIEDAD ECOLÓGICA PARA EL RECICLADO DE LOS ENVASES DE VIDRIO (hereinafter, ECOVIDRIO), including www.banderaverde.es. These websites are designed to provide the public with corporate and informative content about glass recycling, as well as to offer a range of services (e.g., competitions, games) related to this area (hereinafter, the Content).

Generally, access to the Websites as well as their use by Users of the Content included on them is free of charge. However, ECOVIDRIO reserves the right that some Content may become a paid services and new ones may be offered for a fee, whether provided by ECOVIDRIO or by third parties at their own risk and as specified in their corresponding “Special Conditions”.

 

The User agrees to use the Contents in compliance with the law, with these General Conditions, as well as with generally accepted principles, morality and public order.

In any case, ECOVIDRIO will not be liable for direct or indirect damages, consequential losses, or lost profits resulting from such events.

 

ECOVIDRIO accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by the lack of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content that is transmitted, stored, made available, or accessed via its websites. This includes third-party content. While ECOVIDRIO will make every effort to update or correct content that does not meet minimum accuracy standards, it accepts no responsibility for failing to do so.

 

Any legal references on the websites are selected based on their relevance, in ECOVIDRIO’s opinion. These references are not exhaustive and may not reflect the most current or complete legal framework. ECOVIDRIO disclaims liability for any omissions or inaccuracies in this regard.

ECOVIDRIO permits users to download photographs and logos through its Websites, which may be viewed, copied and stored on a hard drive or other physical storage device strictly for personal and private use. Commercial use, distribution, modification, alteration, decompilation, or any other form of exploitation is strictly forbidden.

 

Any infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights may constitute a breach of these terms, as well as a criminal offence under Articles 270 and following of the Spanish Penal Code.

 

Users who submit observations, information, opinions, music, comments or any other type of content through the Website, via email or other means, grant ECOVIDRIO the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform, and otherwise exploit such content for the entire duration of legal copyright protection, worldwide and without limitation, unless expressly stated otherwise by the user. This authorisation is understood to be granted free of charge.

For any dispute or issue relating to the Websites, Spanish law will apply. All disputes arising from or related to the use of the Websites will fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
